Are you an organised and proactive individual with experience coordinating service or maintenance teams, looking for a stable role within a leading engineering manufacturer offering long-term progression and development?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company within the industrial machinery sector. This is an office-based role where you'll play a key part in coordinating engineers, managing service schedules, and ensuring a smooth process from booking to completion.
The business is a market leader in its field, supplying precision-engineered machinery to customers across the UK and Europe. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they're now looking to strengthen their UK service department as part of a long-term growth plan.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning engineer visits, liaising with customers, ordering and dispatching parts, and maintaining accurate service records. You'll work closely with the Service Manager and technical team, with full training provided on company systems (including SAP).
The ideal candidate will have experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration within an engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance environment. Strong organisation, IT literacy, and communication skills are essential.
The Role:
Coordinating engineers and planning service schedules
Liaising directly with customers to arrange visits and resolve queries
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (office-based role)
The Person:
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration
IT experience - with SAP or similar systems advantageous
Full UK Driver's License
