The Role
Associate Director A&F
Andy Young Director of A&F London is looking for an experienced leader to join his team. You will support Andy and his leadership team with their continued success and growth plans!

Responsibilities
· Coach, mentor and develop an exceptional team of experienced recruiters, whilst growing organically amongst the team and revenue.
· Service current clients whilst identifying new business opportunities.
· Full P&L responsibility.
· Partner with internal AD forum.
