Senior Project Manager Join an award-winning IT Managed Services & Modern Workplace provider, as a Senior Project Manager (Professional Services), youll be at the forefront of driving IT transformation initiatives. Role Description: You will lead the charge in orchestrating and delivering IT onboarding projects, predominantly for one of their key clients, a prestigious enterprise organisation in the Professional Services space, rapidly expanding through Mergers & Acquisitions. Your role will involve overseeing the seamless integration of technology solutions, typically encompassing hosted desktop (Citrix), modern workplace solutions, cloud migrations, telephony migrations and other transformative IT projects. Remote/Hybrid working: Office locations in the Midlands and across the North Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, fostering a transparent and communicative environment. Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation measures to facilitate successful project execution. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle. Champion best practices in project management, driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies. Facilitate effective communication channels among project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project journey. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in Professional Services, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing IT projects, particularly in the areas of hosted desktop, telephony migrations, and modern workplace solutions. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) considered an asset. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive consensus among diverse teams.
