You’ll be involved in the creation of world class products for customers, navigating challenges and discovering new ways of working along the way. About the role Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety, following SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) and company procedures. Immediately report any unsafe acts or incidents to management. Meet productivity and quality targets consistently. Carry out daily warehouse and production activities efficiently. About you Minimum requirements: Safety-first mindset. Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Team player with a quality-focused approach. Flexible and open to multi-skilled working and constructive challenge. Preferred experience: Background in corrugated board manufacturing (ideal but not essential). Previous experience in production or machine operation. Basic numeracy skills for inventory tasks. FLT Licence for Counterbalance (desirable).
