WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. Your role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers, adopting a consultative approach to support them in enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?
* Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
* Developing focus customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.

What you need
* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented approach to uncover customer pain points and needs.

* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels.
* Drive, motivation, curiosity, and excellent organizational skills.
* Essential: Full manual UK driving license; please disclose points and expiry date if applicable.
