Are you a customer-focused IT professional with strong desktop support experience? My membership based client are looking for a Desktop Support Analystto join the IT Services team, providing high-quality support to all IT service users across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, onsite role based in Liverpool, working five days per week on site

* Exchange administration
* Experience with Autopilot.
* M365 user administration.
* Copilot for M365
* Zoom account management.
* Apple Business Manager.
