Job Description We are looking for a proactive, organised, and experienced Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on a range of projects across the business. This is a permanent, full-time role that will replace an existing contractor. You’ll be based in our Windlesham office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining two days. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver a range of cross-functional projects on time and within budget Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables Track project milestones and timelines, reporting regularly on progress and escalating issues as needed Prepare project documentation, status updates, and board-level reporting Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in Identify risks and manage mitigation strategies Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to produce project plans, documentation, and presentations Ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard and support strategic business goals Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a confident and collaborative working style. You’ll need to be comfortable operating with autonomy and juggling multiple priorities. Essential: Previous experience in a project management role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing business Able to work independently and take ownership of project delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines In depth Excel knowledge, including creating pivot tables and V-look ups In depth Powerpoint knowledge, with experience creating Exec/board-level slides for project updates Great attention to detail Confident working under pressure and navigating competing priorities Desirable: Experience managing cross-departmental projects Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Trello, Asana) Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) Why Join Us?
