Clinical leadership opportunity | Support new nursing unit launch | 40 hours per week | Established care setting If you are a Senior RGN ready to step into a Clinical Lead Nurse role, this position offers the chance to shape a new nursing unit from the ground up. Working 40 hours per week, you will support the Home Manager as the service expands, helping to embed strong clinical standards from day one. This is a hands on leadership role suited to an experienced nurse who understands dementia care and the realities of nursing home practice. You will play a key part in setting expectations, supporting colleagues, and ensuring safe, consistent care as the new unit opens.Package & Benefits Salary from £21 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. Full time contract, 40 hours per week. Opportunity to influence and support the launch of a new nursing unit.About the Company You will be joining an established care service preparing to expand its nursing provision. The focus is on delivering high quality dementia and nursing care within a structured, supportive environment led by an experienced management team.Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager with the clinical and operational set up of the new nursing unit. Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and care staff. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safe medication management. Promote high standards of dementia focused, person centred nursing care.About You Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. Senior level experience within a dementia focused nursing home. Proven experience supporting clinical governance and leading nursing teams.
