Location: Home-Based
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday

We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Group Supply Chain Assurance Analyst to join our ESG team. This home‑based role offers occasional travel and the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to high‑impact initiatives across our Group and supply chain.

About Chevron Traffic Management
Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversion routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway. This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings and barriers, visible all over the country.
We also consult, plan, design, estimate and liaise with our suppliers and customers to ensure that our schemes are fit for purpose. Our work extends into innovation and technology to improve safety and reduce our carbon footprint.

About the Role
As a Group Supply Chain Assurance Analyst, you will champion a positive ESG culture across the Group and our supply chain, embedding sustainability and ethical practices into everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement ESG‑focused supply chain strategies and mapping plans
* Conduct ESG risk assessments for new and existing suppliers, managing approvals and performance benchmarking
* Maintain and review the Approved Supplier List, ensuring resilience and business continuity
* Lead supplier audits to recognised standards across sites and offices
* Monitor legislation and regulations and implement compliance initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement through supplier scorecards, performance reviews and trend analysis
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build supply chain capability
* Promote consistency in ESG policy and practice across the Group
* Support ESG campaigns, strategy development and innovation projects
* Uphold governance, health & safety and data protection standards in all supply chain activities
Essential Attributes
* Proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365 apps
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Supply chain management experience
* Project management or co‑ordination experience
* Right‑to‑work in the UK – unsubscribed
* Flexible to travel as and when required
Desirable Attributes
* IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO9001 or another significant standard
* Membership of appropriate professional bodies
