Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a Funds Finance Lawyer / Leveraged Finance Lawyer for a 6-month role. London-based (hybrid – ideally 3 days in office), and starts ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading team and work on high-profile, cross-border fund finance matters.
We’re looking for someone with private practice experience and strong expertise across subscription, NAV, bridge, co-investment, and management company financings across the UK, Luxembourg, US, and APAC.
Location: London, hybrid 3 days in the office.
Key Requirements:
* Deep experience in Funds Finance across jurisdictions: UK, Luxembourg, US, Asia Pacific, and offshore (Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman Islands).
* Proven track record across facility and fund types: subscription lines, NAV, pre-fund close bridges, end-of-life financing, co-investment, and management company financings.
* Exposure to direct lending, special situations, private equity, secondaries, infrastructure funds.
* UK Bar Qualification is essential.
Specific duties to be undertaken in the role: Advise on fund financing transactions across global jurisdictions and facility types, supporting a wide range of fund strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, and secondaries.
