Service Delivery Manager

Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Sanctuary provides in‑house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
* Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of void properties from vacant to re‑let
* Ensuring voids are completed to time, quality, and compliance standards
* Overseeing health, safety, and statutory compliance
* Working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance
Skills and experiences:
* To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject and hold an ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership). Candidates must bring original certification; copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
* Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
* Proven experience analysing and diagnosing complex problems and implementing effective solutions.
* Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation.
* Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
