About the role We’re looking for an experienced, driven Account Manager to join the YF team and support our clients in their sell-in and management of national retailers. This is a dynamic and relationship focused role, managing both the direct relationships with retail buyers and acting as a key point of contact for our clients being supported into the retailer. You’ll play a critical role in delivering commercial success and ensuring seamless collaboration between all stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for: Managing the day to day relationships with our retailer teams, ensuring alignment on category strategy, performance, and opportunities. Acting as the lead account contact for selected YF clients being supported commercially, guiding them through listings, launches, and performance reviews. Supporting clients in preparing for key buyer meetings, including pitch prep, commercial forecasting, and presentation support. Keeping up to date with market and category trends to identify risks and opportunities for clients and key retailers. Primary retailers of focus for this role: Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, Ocado, Coop, Asda, Morrisons. As you develop in this role, you'll have the chance to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the position. About you Experience working with or within grocery retail, ideally with exposure to premium or challenger brands. Strong commercial acumen and confident navigating buyer relationships and supplier processes. Comfortable juggling multiple client needs and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery. Hard working and thrive from being in control of own schedule.
