The Role
In this leadership role, you'll be the champion of their brand on a global stage. You'll spearhead international expansion, driving growth and brand awareness in key markets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive export strategy for whisky category.
* Identify and prioritise target markets based on research and competitor analysis.
* Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and partners worldwide.
* Craft and implement market-specific campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
* Oversee pricing, ensuring profitability and competitiveness across markets.
* Manage export logistics and documentation, adhering to regulations.
* Foster connections with key stakeholders like trade bodies and media.
* Track market performance and provide strategic insights.
* Extensive travel required to build relationships and oversee market activities.
Who You Are
* A seasoned export leader with at least 5 years of experience in premium alcoholic beverages (ideally spirits).
* A proven track record of success in developing and executing international export strategies.
* Deep understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and duties.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
* Passionate about sustainable practices and a values-led individual.
* Energetic, self-motivated, and a hands-on leader.
* Culturally adaptable and comfortable working internationally.
