About the Role This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and analytically minded Junior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team based in the heart of Canary Wharf, London, one of the worlds leading financial districts. Key Responsibilities Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting cycles Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Build and maintain financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions Work closely with senior analysts and finance leadership in Canary Wharf Support performance reporting across UK-based offices Assist with cost analysis, profitability reporting, and cash flow insights Contribute to improving financial reporting processes and controls Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal governance frameworks Gain exposure to regulated financial practices, compliance, and risk analysis Skills & Experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced Excel skills; exposure to financial modelling is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Interest in working within a regulated or structured financial environment Knowledge or awareness of AML, compliance, or financial controls is a strong advantage Highly motivated, career-focused, and eager to progress Salary & Benefits Package This role offers a high-end salary and an exceptional benefits package, designed to attract top junior finance talent: £45,000 £55,000 per annum basic salary Annual performance-related bonus Clear and structured career progression framework Exposure to a flagship Canary Wharf finance team Opportunities to work with and transfer between UK offices Structured training and ongoing professional development Mentorship from senior finance professionals Hybrid and flexible working options Generous annual leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme with employer contributions Private healthcare options Employee wellbeing and assistance programmes Modern office environment in Canary Wharf Team events, networking opportunities, and company socials Why Apply?
