What You'll Be Doing: Deliver top-tier service across web chat, phone, and email using our in-house systems and deep product knowledge. Become an expert in our diverse product range to confidently support and advise customers. Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically-whether that's answering queries, handling complaints, or arranging reprints. Collaborate across departments to ensure swift solutions and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey. Liaise with couriers to troubleshoot delivery issues and keep customers informed. Maintain a proactive, quality-first approach to every customer interaction. Support general administrative tasks and contribute to team success. ? What We're Looking For: Essential: Full UK Driver's Licence (location is not accessible by public transport). Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to show empathy and professionalism. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Quick to learn new systems and adaptable to changing processes.
