Job Description
Glasgow City Council is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented clerical officer to join our busy Customer and Business Services mailroom team. The successful candidate will support the day to day operation of incoming and outgoing mail services in the Document Management Unit (DMU).
Responsibilities include:
* Scanning and digitally indexing mainly revenue and benefit mail and documents to citizen and business accounts held on our core computer systems.
* Supporting with various clerical tasks as and when required, including photocopying and data entry.
Comprehensive training and supervisory support will be provided.
