·Lead the venue with confidence, clarity and next-level people skills

·Own the full guest experience - from first welcome to final whistle
·Drive sales, manage costs, and hit KPIs, whilst maintaining a buzzing atmosphere

·Work with the wider business on strategy, planning and brand standards

·Have solid leadership experience in hospitality
