About the Day Services
The organisation operates two Community Resource Centres, providing day opportunities to adults who live with families, carers, or independently in their own homes.
These services support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs, promoting independence, choice, and control through meaningful daily activities and therapeutic support.
As a Support Worker, you will join a welcoming and professional team dedicated to delivering person-centred care and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to customers.
Assist with personal care, mobility, eating, and daily living skills.
Build trusting relationships with individuals and their families.
Contribute to and maintain person-centred care plans.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.What We’re Looking For

Essential Attributes:
A positive, caring, and enabling approach.
Compassion, patience, and respect for others.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work within rota patterns between 7:30am and 5:00pm, Monday–Friday.Desirable:
Accredited training such as Safe Handling of Medication, Moving & Assisting, or First Aid.All applicants must provide:
Two satisfactory references.
An Enhanced Adults DBS Disclosure.
