Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project planning and scheduling activities
* Maintain and track project cost, budget, and forecasts
* Produce progress reports and performance dashboard.
* Track key metrics (SPI, CPI, Earned Value)
* Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
* Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams
* Support project governance and reporting requirements
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Strong background in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering
* Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
* Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Experience within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
* Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
