Purpose
The purpose of this role is to champion a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across Shaw Trust by leading operational excellence initiatives. The postholder will drive process improvement projects, conduct root cause analyses, and support risk mitigation strategies that align with organisational goals. Through operational analysis, performance evaluation, and strategic reporting, they will identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable impact and return on investment.
This role also acts as a key connector between operational teams and central support functions, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The postholder will engage teams through coaching and mentoring, support deep-dive performance reviews, and lead local change projects. They will also manage project governance through clear documentation, including Memorandums of Understanding and Exit Strategies, ensuring sustainable outcomes and effective handovers.
