Responsibilities
* Oversee UK and international sales operations; partner with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to maximise opportunities from Divisional Head to Consultant level.
* Manage internal sales structure, performance reviews, managerial reviews and promotions.
* Collaborate with the People Team on headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximise opportunities.
* Lead sales strategy and ensure effective execution across divisions and business units.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship.
* Experience with having managers as direct reporting lines across multiple divisions.
* Willing to travel to the Manchester office and potentially international travel to Florida and Australia.
* Experience working with Divisional Heads to maximise sales within teams and performance of individual business units and consultants.
* Previous responsibility for a sales unit, including forecasting and projecting units.
* Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborative; able to support company-wide initiatives including Growth Teams.
* Passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising sales opportunities; detail-oriented and ambitious.
