To rework, upgrade, and test electronic products in a Repair Centre Environment, working 4 days on, 4 days off, from 7am to 7pm. You will be involved in supporting an upgrade program to supply our Field Services team with a constant flow of products to ensure a successful outcome. All work performed will need to be captured on a database and carried out as per the provided instructions.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Rework products, load software applications, and perform functional testing on electronic-based equipment.
* Capture rework details in a database.
* Achieve daily rework targets.
* Liaise with Repair Centre management and other departments to resolve problems and inquiries.
* Comply with Cubic’s values and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Cubic’s Quality Management System, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and Security standards.
* Maintain the quality standards required by ISO 9000.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time, as reasonably required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Some work experience in a repair environment.
* Interest in pursuing a career in repairs, engineering, or technology.
Education and Qualifications
* Qualifications or relevant experience in Engineering, Electronics, Electro-mechanical, or manufacturing.
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
