Stride Resource Management are Currently recruiting for a Claims Technician within the Lancashire area. The Position is a Hybrid role with the successful candidate required to work in the office at least four days a week.
The role is handling Commercial claims with a speciality within Construction.
You will be required to
* To service clients claims & ensure they are dealt with promptly and that the client is provided with the best advice. To liaise with Insurers/loss adjusters, Directors/Corporate Brokers/Account Executives and other members of staff on clients behalf to ensure that the best settlement is obtained.
* Attending client meetings to discuss claims and meeting with loss adjusters where required.
Your Main Responsibilities will be
* Logging new claims & reporting to Insurers
* Liaising with clients to update them on progress liaising with Directors/Corporate Brokers/Account Executives and Account Handlers to keep them updated
* Producing accurate claims MI
* Chasing Insurers for updates
* Obtaining a fair settlement on clients behalf keeping accurate records for client visits
