We are seeking dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team from January 2026. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and who are looking for flexible working arrangements. About the role As an SEN TA on supply, you will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to assist pupils with varying needs, including learning difficulties, communication challenges, and social, emotional or behavioural needs. You may work on a one-to-one basis or support small groups, adapting your approach to ensure each pupil can fully access the curriculum.
