Job Title: Qualified Tutor/Teacher
Location:
East of England, Northampton, Northamptonshire
Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
* Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching techniques
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent understanding of the UK education system
* Familiarity with current teaching methods and technologies
* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet diverse student needs
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Education or related field
* Experience working with SEN students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
