We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
15. Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
16. Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
17. Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
18. Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
21. Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
22. Strong communication and organisational skills
23. A detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
