We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join us and support our talented team of Social Workers in driving the service forward. You will lead and manage team performance and foster a culture of continuous learning and reflection to inspire staff to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
* Working knowledge of national policy, strategy, and developments related to children’s social care
* Ability to lead improvements in social work practice through effective performance management
* Experience in leading and managing operational change effectively
* Proven ability to manage high-risk, complex cases to achieve positive safeguarding and well-being outcomes for children and families
* Experience supervising childcare social workers with demonstrated results in practice and outcomes
