In this flexible position, you will have the opportunity to connect with patients and their families, providing vital care and support when they need it the most. Your role will include triaging calls, making home visits, and overseeing admissions as necessary, all while ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care in a warm and friendly environment.
What You’ll Need:
* A valid RN License in Michigan
* Previous experience in home health is a plus!
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* A genuine compassion for patients and their families
* A willingness to learn and grow in our supportive team!
