DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to growth we have an opening for a UK Vendor Alliances Director. In this role you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with key technology vendors across the UK. Your role is pivotal in driving joint business outcomes, enhancing partner engagement, and aligning vendor strategies with the company's growth objectives. You serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendor partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration. You are also a change agent, driving transformation and fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability across the organisation.

* Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop and execute alliance strategies with top-tier vendors to drive revenue growth, innovation, and market differentiation.
* Executive Partner Engagement: Build and nurture strong C-level relationships with key vendors to align on joint goals, investment strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Business & Service Innovation: Collaborate with technical leaders to co-develop and launch new services aligned with vendor capabilities and market demand, while championing internal adoption of high-margin services across sales and operations.
* Integrated Business Planning: Lead joint business planning and performance reviews, set targets, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Commercial & Contract Oversight: Negotiate commercial terms, manage vendor funding programs, ensure contractual compliance, and drive margin-enhancing strategies.
* Leadership & Market Intelligence: Inspire high-performance teams, mentor stakeholders, and leverage market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and accelerate vendor portfolio growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

* Will have proven experience in vendor management, alliances, or partner strategy within the technology sector for 5 plus years.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
* Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Familiarity with major Cyber technology vendors
* Experience with channel ecosystems and partner-led growth models.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
