As they embark on their digital transformation journey, they are looking for a forward-thinking intern to help them modernise operations through AI and automation. This internship offers a unique chance to apply your digital skills in a real-world SME environment. You'll work directly with the team to identify inefficiencies, automate manual tasks, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve customer response times, operational efficiency, and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Map and analyse current workflows across departments Identify and prioritise tasks suitable for automation Design and implement AI or low-code automation solutions (e.g., RPA, chatbots) Monitor performance improvements using data analytics Engage with staff to support adoption and deliver training Develop a roadmap for scaling digital tools post-internship Create a training plan or job spec to support future AI capability development About You A motivated student or recent graduate of Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence, Data Science / Analytics, Business Information Technology / Information Systems, Digital Business / Digital Transformation, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (with digital modules) or any other relevant degrees.
