Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B96 area is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting children’s academic progress and personal development within a positive learning environment.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, including 1:1 support
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment
Act as a positive role model who is enthusiastic and motivated
Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Have previous experience working in a primary school setting
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Show a proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
Be a team player while also confident working independently
Have knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies (desirable)
