Enviropipes is a rapidly growing Australian owned Company. We are based in High Wycombe, near Perth Airport and seek a special individual to join our team. We specialise in the manufacture of quality plastic piping solutions, in particular high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings.
We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team. This position is offered on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to these:
What you’ll be doing
* Processing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions
* Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve queries and ensure timely payment
* Preparing and posting credit notes and adjustments
* Reconciling project invoicing as required
* Open new debtor accounts
* Adhoc duties as directed by the directors or Manager Accounts
What we’re looking for
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
* Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as MYOB
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
