Key Responsibilities:
School budget management in line with local authority requirements
Oversee the financial management of the school
Support School auditing and compliance
Lead on lettings and external incomes
Monitor funding
Oversee recruitment, vetting and existing employee structures
Liaise with payroll, supporting queries
HR Policy updating and maintaining
Promote and signpost staff well-being services
Collaborate with SLT and Site Team to ensure Health & Safety management
Line manage departmental staff
School Business Manager Requirements:
A resilient, proactive and personable individual with strong organisational skills
Experienced in administration, finance and/or operations (education sector preferred but not essential)
An excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with external agencies and staff
Someone who remains calm under pressure and handles sensitive matters with confidentiality
Financially literate, tech-savvy, and confident managing budgets and systems
Possesses natural leadership abilities and a hands-on approach
High Wycombe based or reliably commutable to the area
