About the Role
Our luxury Dental Lounge practice in Llandaff is seeking an organised and personable Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our patients.
This is a key front-of-house role combining patient journey management with reception duties. You will guide patients through their treatment options, provide clear explanations of procedures and fees, and ensure every patient receives a welcoming, seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome patients and create a professional, friendly first impression
* Explain treatment plans and finance options, ensuring patients fully understand their choices
* Manage the booking of consultations and follow-up appointments
* Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians and the wider dental team
* Handle telephone/email enquiries, take payments and maintain accurate records
* Support with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and patient-care skills with a warm, professional manner
* Confidence in discussing clinical treatments and financial options (full training provided)
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Competent in IT systems for scheduling and record-keeping
* Ability to commute to or relocate near Llandaff, Cardiff
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
