The Hotel Sales Manager acts as the local, on-property sales contact for customers. The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing an assigned portfolio of accounts and achieving individual revenue targets, which may include new business goals, while developing and focusing on the local corporate market.
Supports the conversion of non-managed opportunities via the on-property reactive sales team. Works with the Cluster and above-property teams to support the achievement of overall hotel targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years sales experience
Education or Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
