Sales and Solutions Specialist

Effectively present solutions that support the successful closure of opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Influence the achievement of annual revenue targets for target products and solutions.

Work with sales management to identify and qualify key areas of opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.

Gather and share insights gained from complex client and sales interactions for application to product development.

Lead client engagement and solutions selling approaches to foster credible, integrated partnerships with clients on the adoption of our products and solutions.

Participate with senior management to establish strategic goals, plans, and objectives. Make final decisions on administrative or procedural matters to ensure operations meet objectives.

Engage with peers and senior management regarding projects, operational decisions, and divisional issues.

Convince others inside and outside the organization to adopt new concepts and practices, involving negotiation and influencing skills on critical matters.

Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures for assigned functional areas. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel, and making strategic decisions aligned with company goals.

Proven track record in sales, sales support, or account management with cross-functional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions.

Strong collaboration skills with a problem-solving, customer-centric mindset, and demonstrated ability to evaluate situations and identify multiple solutions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of representing a portfolio of products at conferences and summits.

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and leading client interactions confidently.

Adept at engaging with various levels of seniority within TU and customer organizations, effectively communicating the impact of solutions.

Proven ability to grow revenue and market share through strategic, disciplined, and focused approaches.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to travel up to 30% (post-pandemic).

Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate team members.

Profound understanding of the specific functional area.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to identify, define, and solve complex, multi-dimensional issues affecting operations, staff, or finances across departments.

Financial acumen.
