We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Tutor to work with KS3 Foundation and KS4 students who need personalised, flexible education. Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored lessons for KS3 Foundation and KS4 students across core subjects.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs in outreach and alternative provision.
* Provide 1:1 and small group tuition in flexible settings across Gillingham, Dorset.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and external agencies.
* Monitor, record, and report on progress to ensure clear outcomes and continued development.
Requirements
* Teaching experience in SEND, SEMH, alternative provision, or similar.
* Ability to adapt quickly and confidently to different learning environments.
* Strong knowledge of KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
* QTS/QTLS is desirable, but experienced unqualified teachers/tutors are welcome to apply.
* Passionate about helping students overcome barriers to education and succeed.
