Capital Programme Management Office Officer

Responsibilities
* Support the Capital Development and Property Programme Management Office (PMO) by delivering project progress reporting, scorecards, dashboards and metrics.
* Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to support complex projects and continuous improvements to project execution and reporting processes.
* Coordinate and maintain programme and project governance, including preparing reports for capital and project committees.
* Maintain effective communication and stakeholder relationships, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment across multidisciplinary teams.
* Manage project meeting schedules, prioritise competing priorities, and balance conflicting requests.
* Provide regular governance reports and evidence of compliance with best practice project, change and workforce management.
* Continuously support and encourage service delivery innovation and quality improvement across the Trust.
Qualifications and Skills
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in office management, business administration or project management.
* Relevant experience in financial management, supporting complex projects or programmes.
* Experience in programme/project progress reporting, dashboards, scorecards and metrics.
* Proven communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.

Salary
£31,049 to £37,796 a year, per annum, pro rata.
