The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Programme/Project Manager to drive large transformational change projects across TTC, while leading the integration of new acquisitions into our business. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering the programmes that enable us to scale, innovate, professionalise and unlock opportunities for growth. This isn’t a traditional PMO role. You’ll be the connector between strategy and execution, making transformation real across technology, operations, people and culture. What You’ll Do Drive and deliver large, business-critical transformation programmes from scoping through to implementation. Lead integration programmes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with TTC’s vision, values and growth ambitions. Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with overall transformation objectives. Facilitate programme workshops and key governance forums, ensuring clear decision-making and accountability. Define and track milestones, risks and dependencies, driving execution of plans in line with PMO standards. Monitor progress against business outcomes, escalating issues and removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Anticipate risks and create a culture of accountability and delivery. Champion continuous improvement and best practice in programme and change management. This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on an initial fixed term contract to 31st December 2025 with a possibility to be extended/become permanent into 2026 following budget review.
