Are you an experienced Caretaker or Site Supervisor looking for a new role within a school environment from January? Aspire People are currently recruiting School Caretakers to work across a number of schools in the West Midlands, with roles starting in January. We are seeking reliable, practical, and proactive individuals who can support the maintenance, safety, and security of school sites. Previous experience working as a school caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities assistant is highly advantageous. However, candidates with relevant experience from similar environments will also be considered. These roles are offered on a temporary basis, with assignments varying in length. There may be opportunities to secure permanent contracts, depending on school requirements and individual performance (not guaranteed).
