Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to develop a standardised training approach for all clinics, both new and established. The individual needs to be engaging, energetic, and adaptable to a wide range of audiences. I cannot stress enough that personality will be key for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Training Standards & Development
* Assist in implementing a structured training framework for all clinics
* Support the onboarding and launch of new clinics (approximately 30 per month)
* Develop standardised training materials and guidance documents
* Define best practice for how patient finance should be introduced, explained, and processed within clinics
* Ensure consistency in messaging and approachacross all partners
* Maintain and record all training activity within the CRM
* Develop and maintain new training approaches suitable for teams of varying sizes
Training Delivery
* Deliver ongoing training to clinic teams
* Support the sales team with clear training structures, tools, and materials
* Ensure training is embedded and adopted across all clinic teams
* Support system upgrades to improve efficiency and drive sales
Standards & Compliance
* Ensure all training content aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Work closely with Compliance to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit‑ready materials
* Promote adherence to approvedprocesses and identify areas of risk or inconsistency
* Maintain records of training delivery and completion where required
Client Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Identify gaps in clinic understanding, behaviours, or process adherence
* Work with Sales and Operations to improve consistency and finance adoption
* Gather feedback from clinics and internal teams to refine training approaches
* Continuously evolve training materials based on regulatory updates and business needs
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with all teams to ensure messaging remains simple and consistent
Skills & Experience
* Experience within healthcare, dental, or patient finance sectors
* Knowledge of FCA regulations or financial promotions
* Experience supporting sales teams or partner networks
* Familiarity with training systems or learning management tools
* Experience in training, learning & development, or enablement roles
* Strong understanding of working in regulated environments (e.g. finance or healthcare)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A highly engaging and personable approach, with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver training in an energetic, confident, and motivating manner
Personality is the most important factor for this role. We would prioritise the right attitude and approach over direct experience.
The salary for this role is £30,000 per year plus benefits. A bonus structure will be agreed after six months and could add up to £5,000 on top of base earnings.
This is a hybrid role, with travel to our office in Alderley Edge expected 1–2 days per week.
