About the Role
We have multiple new Maintenance Technician roles that will provide all reactive and planned maintenance works in a particular zone on our campus. You will work in a team of tradespeople within a zone, you’ll be involved with statutory testing and basic repairs to our building fabric, and electrical and mechanical systems. This is a multi-skilled role, for which you’ll receive training and support from across the trades. You’ll spend a significant proportion of your time on your trade specialism. No two days will be the same in this varied role where you’ll thrive on providing an outstanding customer service experience to all building users in your zone.
Flexible Working: we will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
Working Arrangements
* Being a large campus that operates all day every day of the year, your regular shift pattern will be Monday to Friday business hours plus occasional weekends on a rota basis (approximately 5 weekends a year, you’ll only ever be required to work 5 days in 7).
