We’re looking for an experienced Systems Developer to design, build, and enhance business systems and integrations across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in improving workflows, automating processes, and optimising our IT service environment—especially within Jira Service Management.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and configure business systems, workflows, and integrations.
2. Build and maintain integrations between Jira, ITSM platforms, and enterprise systems.
3. Design and administer Jira Service Management projects, SLAs, automations, portals, dashboards, and reports.
4. Support ITIL‑aligned service processes and maintain system documentation.
5. Troubleshoot issues, deliver improvements, and collaborate with IT, Operations, and Service Delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience as a Systems or Application Developer.
7. Demonstrable experience using Jira as a Service Management tool
8. Carried out migration projects moving user accounts
9. Strong hands‑on Jira and ITSM expertise.
10. Understanding of ITIL and service management best practices.
11. Excellent problem‑solving andmunication abilities.
12. Must be ok travelling to site in Liverpool several times a month.
