HR Business Partner – US subsidiary (12-Month Contract)Location: South Yorkshire (Hybrid) Salary:petitive + benefits
Hays HR is delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation in South Yorkshire to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a new and unique opportunity to join a business undergoing significant growth, with a particular focus on supporting its US operation whilst it scales, while playing a pivotal role supporting senior leadership colleagues.The RoleReporting directly to the UK Chief People Officer, you will act as a partner to the business, supporting themercial ambitions of the business; driving a high-performance, people-centric culture across a multi-site, international organisation.Key Responsibilities
1. Drive the group cultural alignment across the US site, ensuring consistency in behaviours and practices in line with core values
2. Implement the group-wide people strategy aligned to overall business objectives and supporting continued growth within the US
3. Support the ongoing expansion of the US business, ensuring appropriate people structures, processes and policies are in place
4. Enhance employee engagement, including the introduction and evolution of apetitive benefits offering
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, retaining key existing talent alongside ensuring a pipeline of future talent and strengthening employer brand
6. Provide expert guidance onplex employee relations and organisational change initiatives
About You
7. Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner/Senior Advisor level
8. Experience of US HR practices and procedures for the full employee life cycle, ideally gained from being based in US
9. Strongmercial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives
10. Experience of US HR practices and procedures for the full employee life cycle, ideally gained from being based in US
11. Demonstrable experience of implementing HR systems and driving transformation
12. Strong understanding of UK employment law (recent US employment know advantageous)
13. CIPD qualified to Level 7 desirable – to Level 5, essential
