Our client a reputable and professional organisation based in Basildon is looking to recruit a Commercial Construction Buying Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked already in the construction industry, be highly organised, have strong Administrative and IT skills and a professional and confident manner. If this sounds like you, then please read on The Commercial Construction Buying Administrator responsibilities include: - * Handling telephone calls and mail, screening as appropriate. * Typing, photocopying, filing and scanning * PowerPoint Presentations * Arranging meetings and seminars, ensuring that all participants have the relevant papers in advance * Raising PO’s and processing invoices for payment What does the Commercial Construction Buying Administrator need: - * Previous office Administration experience within a construction company * Previous experience of raising PO’s and processing invoices for payment * Highly organised and able to manage time effectively * Confident and professional approach * Strong communication and people skills * IT skills –Good knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint What’s in it for you:- Our client is offering a salary of £24,500 - £30,000pa depending on experience alongside a wealth of great company benefits and a lovely working environment. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and 8.30am – 4.30pm on Fridays.
