As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, ensuring efficient material flow to support manufacturing and customer delivery requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing the warehouse team to drive performance, engagement, and safety Overseeing goods inwards, storage, picking, and dispatch operations Ensuring stock accuracy through robust inventory control processes Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance Working closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to meet business demands Contributing to operational KPIs and reporting on warehouse performance The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a Warehouse or Stores Management role within an Engineering setting. Strong people management and leadership capability. Experience with inventory management systems / ERP and is tech savy.
