Interviews to take place in Leeds from 10 April 2026
About us:
Our Planning, Regeneration and Infrastructure team comprises over 100 specialist town planners and surveyors, development consultants, urban designers & master planners, town centre regeneration experts, economists, compulsory purchase order (CPO) / land assembly advisers, transport & infrastructure specialists, and dedicated public sector consultants.
Our roads, rail and air space are the backbone of the country’s economy. Benefitting from ingrained knowledge of the UK’s transport and infrastructure network, we support our clients through fully integrated property solutions.
The UK transport sector has its own unique regulatory, operational, funding, and safety issues; alongside client specific commercial, customer, and performance objectives. We have a dedicated team focussing solely on property issues in this sector, combined with years of sector specific expertise and insight, unrivalled local market knowledge and long-standing stakeholder relationships.
We currently manage retail and other commercial space at Manchester Victoria station which accommodates major national operators including WH Smith, Greggs, Starbucks and Costa, as well as a number of local independent businesses. In addition, we also manage the wider property asset which includes identifying new business space, marketing the opportunity, agreeing terms, and, in conjunction with the client’s solicitor, seeing the transaction through the legal process resulting in generating additional revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
