Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on a pivotal role in driving our Learning and Development initiatives at Allign Limited. This position focuses on enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective training programmes and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
* Facilitate engaging training sessions using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments, adjusting content as necessary to maximise impact.
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Learning & Development role or similar, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various levels of the organisation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
* Relevant qualifications in HR, Education, or a related field are preferred.
