The Role
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will manage, configure, and optimise our Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud), ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and user support. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices, deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and sales efficiency, and act as the Process Owner for Salesforce administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments
* Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
* Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
* Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights
* Provide training and support to end-users
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
* Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, company policies, and security standards
What We're Looking For:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
* Experience managing Salesforce environments in a dynamic business setting
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to deliver effective user training
* Familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements
