Business Support Administrator

The Business Support team is responsible for delivering the administration of our school. This function delivers administrative and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times


What you’ll be doing

* Providing administrative support, including diary management, data entry, filing, photocopying, and document presentation


Reception and visitor management


Event and trip support


Pupil and staff support


Medical and welfare support


Communication and marketing


Compliance and Confidentiality



What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role


*
* A good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience


Experience of working in a similar previous role


Sound administrative experience


Experience of dealing with stakeholders with empathy


You will demonstrate a clear understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements in an educational setting


You will have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to manage workloads

Vacancy: Business Support Administrator


Location: Northampton


Salary: £27,171 - £30,720 FTE


Hours: Full time


Contract: Full time, all year round, although this may be negotiable, depending on the successful candidate and the operational needs of the school. You will need to be available to work during school holiday periods in order to support the effective delivery of school administration, with specific arrangements to be agreed and determined in consultation with the Business Support Manager. xsngvjr
